Cardio Dance Therapy
Saturday, November 23, 7:00 am- 8:00 am
Work up a sweat to 90s pop music in a fun and energetic dance fitness class that is meant to get your heart rate going and put a smile on your face. This is a fitness class in the style of Zumba or jazzercise- meaning that no dance experience is required! It is taught by a longtime ABCT member who is not a dance professional. Bring water, the clothes you would normally wear to work out, a hand towel (optional), and a readiness to rock it out to some Backstreet Boys.
Participants are required to sign a waiver form. Class limited to 30.
