We encourage you and your program to participate in the annual ABCT Internship Training Meet & Greet. To participate in this event, please complete and return the attached sign-up to reserve a table and send a representative with promotional materials. E-mail all information on the form to Dr. Tammy Schuler (tschuler@abct.org) by Friday, September 15th. Kindly put "Internship Response" in the subject line. (Note: Representatives from your institution do not have to register for ABCT's convention to participate in this event.)
Each year over 300 potential future interns attend this program, making it an ideal venue to attract, meet, and recruit behaviorally and/or cognitive-oriented psychology interns!
In the first segment, a panel of internship directors will briefly speak and then answer questions from the audience on how to choose and apply to internship programs.
The overview will be held from 8:30 - 10:00 a.m. in the Aqua Salon AB, Level 3, Aqua Level.
In the second segment, from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. in the Aqua Salon, Level 3, Aqua Level, students tour the internship site tables, informally meet with site representatives, and pick up promotional materials.
